TURBIDITY BARRIERS ARE TEMPORARILY INSTALLED IN THE LAKE
Turbidity barriers control sediment contamination from construction sites into nearby oceans, rivers, lakes or ponds. Floating barriers are used to keep the top edge of the barrier above water level.
The next thing to happen is back hoes and front loaders will begin working from the shore and removing the old concrete. That should probably begin Wednesday, June 10th. The parking lot to the west of 105 and eventually east of 105 will be impacted but not closed.
