SOME RESIDENTS ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH CHANNEL 92
We have been receiving advisories that Channel 92 is “pixilating” or “tiling” on some residents TV sets. The picture contains blocks or rectangles of distorted images. We have analyzed the problem and it is located at the directional taps in the individual buildings that distribute the TV signal to each unit. The solution to this problem is for the unit owner to make the first contact with Comcast.
Affected unit owners should schedule a maintenance visit from Comcast (954-252-1937) and if your unit tests poorly ask the technician to request that a Comcast “maintenance” crew be sent to evaluate your cable signal at the directional tap for your unit. The maintenance crews drive “bucket trucks,” not vans. Also, please advise Rosa in the LEOA office that you have contacted Comcast about this problem. Leave your name, bldg/unit number and the scheduled date of your Comcast appointment so we can monitor what is going on and get our Comcast representative involved if we don't get a timely resolution to your problem.
